The city of Constanza is experiencing 10 degree C temperatures in the early morning. Residents in this area are bracing for even chillier weather as a cold front from the US moves through the area.
For most of the Dominican Republic, lower temperatures are welcomed, with cooler mornings at around 22 degrees Celsius in the city of Santo Domingo.
