
President Danilo Medina arrived to Davos, Switzerland on Tuesday, 23 January 2018 to participate in the 48th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (23 to 26 January 2018). The theme is “Creating a Shared Future in a Fractured World.” Medina is one of six Latin American heads of states invited to the meeting that promotes global collaboration.
President Medina is accompanied by the Minister of the Presidency Gustavo Montalvo; Administrative Minister of the Presidency, José Ramón Peralta and Hacienda Minister Donald Guerrero, and government spokesman, Roberto Rodríguez Marchena. Also part of the Dominican delegation is the president of the National Business Council (Conep), Pedro Brache.
