Chilean photographer Maglio Perez is exhibiting his photographs at Casa de Teatro on occasion of the celebration of the 44 years of the cultural center. The photographs are of Cartagena in Colombia, a colonial city with many similarities to the Colonial City of Santo Domingo. The exhibition opens on Wednesday, 4 July 2018, at 7pm.
Maglio Perez lived in Santo Domingo starting 2000, when he served as editor and photographer for Revista Rumbo, later as photography editor at El Caribe newspaper and then in 2003 he held the same position at Diario Libre.
