The president of the market research company Asisa Research Group has concluded that persons classified as upper middle class and the upper class are least likely to vote in the presidential, congressional and municipal elections in the Dominican Republic.
Lilian Pagán explained that traditionally barely four of the ten people in these classes decide to cast ballots.
