The Dominican ambassador in Germany, architect Rafael Calventi is reported to have died in his residence in Berlin, Germany. He was married to Maybe Sanchez Caminero, mother of Attorney General Jean Alain Rodriguez. As reported, he suffered a heart attack, the Attorney General Office reported in a press release.
Since 1996, Calventi had served as ambassador abroad serving in Italy, Mexico, Argentina and Germany, where he was at the time of the heart attack.
