Two men have been arrested by the National Police on the Puerto Plata-Navarrete road with ten packs of marijuana weighing 50 pounds. They were travelling in a public shared taxi and were identified as from the municipality of Restauración and his brother José Altagracia Durán Moreno, from the National District. The vehicle was being driven Elvis Salvador Cabrera, who worked on the public transport route from Puerto Plata-Santiago.
