The Dominican Republic is open for tourism. In effect, citizens from 150 countries can visit without visas, most paying the US$10 tourist charge that now is included in the airline ticket fare for all tickets sold online or abroad.
See the listing on the DGII website whereby it highlights that any citizen that already has received a European Union, United States, Canada or United Kingdom visa or is a citizen of those countries can enter with just the US$10 charge for the tourist card.
