
Jesuit priest Mario Serrano has been ordered to work in Peru. The head of the Jesuit order in the Dominican Republic, said that Jesuit Max Michel would replace Serrano as executive director of the Centro de Reflexión y Acción Social Padre Juan Montalvo, SJ. The center has gathered a large consulting group that has been critical of government corruption and other social problems.
Father Serrano was appointed as delegate to the Conference of Jesuit Provincials in Latin America and the Caribbean (CPAL). The change of director of the center is effective 1 September 2018.
