The Third Instruction Court of the National District accepted a request from the Public Ministry and included businessman Eddy Santana Zorrilla in the OMSA bus corruption case. Santana had been excluded despite being mentioned as the mediator between murdered lawyer Yuniol Ramirez and the director of the Oficina Metroplitana de Servicios de Autobuses (OMSA), Manuel Rivas. The next hearing on the case is scheduled for 19 October 2018.
