Culinary Week at Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort

Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort in Punta Cana is hosting its Culinary Week from 21 to 28 October 2018 with a focus on Caribbean, Dominican, Mexican and international cuisine. The event, nevertheless, will highlight Dominican cuisine and the international cuisine available in Santo Domingo-based restaurants.

Participating chefs are: Nelson Yobanny Peña, Joaquín Renovales, Nicolás Frigero, Paula Fernández, Ciro Casola, Philippe Mongereau and Francis Pena. Also Jaqueline Henríquez and Leandro Díaz.

Also participating are chefs from well known Dominican restaurants serving Peruvian, Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, French, and Spanish cooking – Muelle 47, SBG Sofia Group, Nipau, El Gallego, Ciro Cucina, among others.
