As of Sunday, when it is 9am in the US it will be 8am in the Dominican Republic. Time in the Dominican Republic doesn’t change so when clocks in the US turned backward, ending daylight savings time on Sunday, 4 November, when the difference in time went into effect. The DR stays on standard time.
