The commission in charge of the pre-selection of applicants for positions in the Constitutional Court is meeting on Wednesday, 14 November 2018. Some 72 pre-candidates were registered. The commission needs to prepare the short list for the meeting of the National Magistry Council on Monday, 19 November.
The pre-selection commission members are Supreme Court judge Frank Soto, Attorney General Jean Alain Rodríguez, senators Reinaldo Pared Perez (PLD) and Jose Ignacio Paliza (PRM) and deputy Josefa Castillo (PLD).
