The Presidency announced the appointment of Dominican ambassador in the United Kingdom, Federico Cuello Camilo to the Dominican embassy in Qatar. Likewise, the Presidency named Maybe Sánchez Caminero as ambassador in Germany. She is the widow of the late Dominican ambassador Rafael Calventi Gaviño and mother of Attorney General Jean Alain Rodríguez. By the same Decree 418-18, the Presidency named deputy Elías Serulle as ambassador to Turkey. He is a four-time elected deputy for the PLD party for the National District and member of the Central Committee of the PLD.
