The National Council of the Magistracy (CNM) announced they have shortlisted 47 persons for interviews for four vacancies in the Constitutional Court. The new judges will replace Leyda Margarita Piña, Jottin Cury David, Idelfonso Reyes and Víctor Gómez Bergés.
The interviews will be carried out from Wednesday, 5 December to Friday, 7 December 2018. On Monday, 10 December, the CNM judges will meet to choose the four judges and the first replacement of the presiding judge of the higher court.
