The Ministry of Culture is organizing the 10th Festival International de Teatro in Santo Domingo from 6 to 16 December 2018. Theater groups from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic will be participating. This year it is dedicated to Haffe Serulle.
