A video shows Digesett traffic agents rescuing a baby cat from inside the tunnel of the Las Americas Expressway. The video shows the two agents capturing the scared and apparently lost kitten. Had the agents not rescued the kitten, the likelihood was that it would have been killed by the one of the thousands of vehicles that uses the tunnel.
MAPE, an organization that cares for stray pets, later took the kitten to a vet. The video apparently was shared online by a returning expat who expressed pride in seeing the action of the traffic agents.
