President Danilo Medina was in eastern Santo Domingo on Tuesday, 19 February 2019 for the presentation of government-built homes in Palmeras del Este I and II housing projects located in the Juan Bosch City residential area. The total of homes built by the government in the residential area now totals 848.
Also present at the event was Minister of the Presidency, Gustavo Montalvo, president of the Trustees’ Committee of Juan Bosch City, that coordinates the government part of the project.
The next phase of the project is Palmeras del Este III and IV where a further 1,008 dwellings are under construction by the government.
