Merengue singer Sergio Vargas will be performing on Tuesday, 26 February 2019 together with Kviar by Félix D’ Óleo at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel on Av. Anacaona. The concert, “Entre Merengues y Boleros” is booked to commemorate Independence Day on 27 February.
