National District Mayor David Collado and UN Development Program resident representative signed an agreement to expand the transparency and institutional strengthening efforts at the capital city government. The program is part of the ongoing “Santo Domingo Siempre Transparente” (Always Transparent Santo Domingo) that extends now into 2023. The agreement calls for the managerial transformation of the departments and agencies that are part of the city government. Mayor David Collado’s term ends in 2020.
