Agents of the J-2 intelligence unit of the Ministry of Defense arrested Randy Reyes Marmolejos (Niño Malo) upon his return to the Dominican Republic from New York. He was arrested shortly after landing at the El Cibao International Airport in Santiago. He was fugitive of justice after in March 2018 he uploaded a video where he is seen firing from an automatic gun from a running vehicle. The video went viral.
Reyes Marmolejos returned on Saturday, 15 March 2019 to the Dominican Republic on a JetBlue flight. The media reported that he traveled abroad after learning the Police would arrest him.
