The Revolutionary Social Christian Party (PRSC) has confirmed that the electoral courts, elected by the Central Electoral Board (JCE) will have guarantees in the 2020 elections.
PRSC president, Federico Antún Batlle, said that the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) had imposed its control on the electoral courts, which put the legality, transparency and control in danger, along with the equality and impartiality of the next elections.
He went on to say that 95 officials of these courts were paid but not working (botellas) some with salaries around RD$60,000.
