Best known as “The Dog Whisperer,” TV host Cesar Millan has included a Sunday, 9 June 2019 stop in Santo Domingo of his tour “Once Upon a Dog.” The performance of the popular Mexican dog trainer is set for 6:30pm at the Teatro La Fiesta of the Jaragua Renaissance.
