Festival Mozart Caribe in the Colonial City

The music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is coming to the Colonial City. The Festival Mozart Caribe aims to merge the music of the legendary Austrian musician with the beauty and historical richness of the Colonial City of Santo Domingo. The festival seeks to help develop and promote cultural and economic activities. The effort aims to promote the experience of brotherhood among people through the universal language of music. Yohenny Agramonte is the general director, and Michael Dabroski, the musical director.

Three concerts are scheduled at 8pm. These are on Friday, 7 June 2019 at the Convento de los Dominicos on Calle Padre Billini, Saturday, 8 June at the Capilla de los Remedios at Calle Isabel la Católica and on Sunday, 9 June at the Regina Angelorum Church of Calle Padre Billini. Tickets can be purchased online at Uepa Tickets for RD$1,085 or at Supermercados Nacional and Jumbo stores.
