The former President of the Administration Board for the Stock Market of the Dominican Republic, José Gregorio Salcedo Llibre, has been interviewed by the Attorney General’s Office in connection with the Odebrecht bribe scandal. The questioning took place after he was linked to the company, Value Added Finance Incorporated, that is on a list of supposed bribe payments made by the Brazilian construction company, Odebrecht related to Punta Catalina thermoelectrical plant in the Dominican Republic.

Salcedo Llibre arrived at the office of the Attorney General at 11am on Monday, 15 July and was taken directly to the office of the Attorney General, Jean Alain Rodríguez, where the interview was carried out by a team of prosecutors from the Specialized Prosecution Service for the Persecution of Administrative Corruption (Pepca), the Attorney General Office reported.
