Lisander Lara Peña of Qero Pisco Bar at Calle Luis Lemberg Peguero No. 1 in the Naco residential and commercial area of Santo Domingo won the Chivas Masters Dominican Republic 2019 competition. His winning cocktail was “Curandero.”
The event is organized every year by Pernod Ricard Dominicana, importers in the Dominican Republic of Chivas Regal and other Pernod Ricard liquors.
Second place was won by Ricardo Rodriguez, of the Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar in Punta Cana. Yandery Crispin of Hotel Circle by Meliá in Punta Cana won third place.
Lara Peña will travel to the United Kingdom for the international competition in August.
