Francisco Adolfo Prats Ceara, died at 64 at Plaza de la Salud in Santo Domingo. He was not able to survive the complications of colon cancer. He was a member of the legendary national team that won gold in Centrobasket 1977 in Panama. After retiring from the sport, he continued on as a sports newscaster on CDN Sportsmax with Onfalia Morillo. The wake will be at Funeraria Blandino of Av. Abraham Lincoln.
