The director of the Office of Supervising Engineers of Public Works (OISOE), Francisco Pagan told reporters that persons unknown knocked a hole in the roof of the Alejandro Cabral Regional Hospital in San Juan de la Maguana. Water accumulated from a recent rain shower then entered the hospital. The incident is under investigation. He denied there were flaws in the construction.
