The 16th International Bowling Tournament is taking place at the Sebelén Bowling Center on Av. Abraham Lincoln in Santo Domingo. Some 150 players from seven nations are participating. The tournament will be played in singles, doubles, four-player teams and mixed teams.
The event this year is dedicated to Dominican expat bowler José Marte. Marte will receive a plaque for his outstanding work as president of the Dominican Boleadores Association in New York.
