Starting Friday, 27 September 2019, the Edanco dance festival brings international and national dance performances to venues in Santo Domingo. Edmundo Poy is the organizer of the annual event. There will be presentations at the Palacio de Bellas Artes, Casa de Teatro and Centro Cultural de España. This year, Spain is the guest country. Contemporary dance groups from the United States, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Slovakia and Canada are also booked for the festival.
Performances will continue through 6 October 2019. Tickets are RD$200 at the venues.
