Sister hotels, the 375-suites Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara are opening for this 1 November 2019 in time for the Caribbean winter season right on the beach in Cap Cana, the southern development in Punta Cana. Hyatt Zilara is marketed as an all-inclusive resort exclusively for adults and features a 14,000 square foot fitness center. The Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is for all the family and includes its own waterpark. Both are located on Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana.
The adults-only Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana and the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana share common amenities, making the Cap Cana Hyatts a good choice for large gatherings and multigenerational travel, including meetings and weddings.
The Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana has over 45,000 square feet of meeting and event space. On the premises is a 15,000 square foot Grand Ballroom with an additional 16 breakout rooms.
