The director of Communications for the Presidency, Roberto Rodríguez Marchena says that the president of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), Leonel Fernández needs to decide whether he is going to remain within the party or move on. Speaking on the Matinal program of Telemicro, Rodríguez said that Fernández’s attitude is obtuse and that the country had moved on from the night of the primaries. He stated that regardless of what Fernández might do, the PLD is stronger than ever.
