Chinese national Guao Se Liang Situ, alias Frank, was ordered to serve three months of preventive custody at the San Pedro de Macoris Jail. He is accused of ordering the murder of two financiers, José Silva and Héctor Antonio Méndez to whom he owed RD$13 million. Frank was arrested in February in California, to where he had traveled from Mexico with forged documents. An Interpol notification in the system alerted to his involvement in the double murder in the Dominican Republic. He was extradited to the Dominican Republic.
