The political movement National Awareness (Conciencia Nacional), headed by Emmanuel Esquea Guerrero, Eulogio Santaella and Federico Lalane José, announced their support to the presidential candidacy of Luis Abinader, and the coalition that backs his candidacy. The organization also has the backing of Leopoldo Franco Barrera, Jaime Ricardo Fernández and Chery Jiménez.
The statement of support expresses: “We know that we are not issuing a blank check to a new government under Abinader, convinced that its actions will correspond with the commitments made for controls and supervision of the entire public administration.”
