Amateur golfers from the United States returned home with the Country Cup during the 10th DR Open Amateur 2019 held from Thursday, 1 November to Saturday, 2 at the Teeth of the Dog, The Links and Dye Fore golf courses of Casa de Campo, La Romana. More than 80 golfers competed. This is the fourth consecutive year that the United States wins the cup. Team USA accumulated 1,067 points overall. Team Guadeloupe came in second with 966 points. The Dominican Golf Federation organized the event.
