Romeo Santos is expected to perform in La Vega, Moca, San Francisco de Macoris and Nagua this weekend. His show “Utopia: La Gira del Pueblo” is free. The tour of the legendary bachata singer began on Thursday, 14 November in San Cristobal. That weekend he also performed in Azua, Barahona and San Juan de la Maguana.

Romeo Santos was born in Bronx, New York, son of a Dominican father and Puerto Rican mother. He was the lead vocalist for the bachata band Aventura until he embarked on a solo career where he has placed several of his songs on the top Latin Songs charts. He is recognized as the King of the Bachata genre.
