Cesar el Abusador expected to be extradited to the United States

The police authorities in Colombia have redoubled security around accused drug capo 37-year old César Emilio Peralta, after having received information that he has paid large sums of money to be able to flee from the authorities or to be rescued.

Brigadier General Henry Sanabria, head of the police in Cartagena, confirmed the increase in security and said that they were doing all possible to remove him from Colombia, and to extradite him to the United States where he was expected to be sent to a maximum-security jail.

Sanabria said that the aircraft to take him to the United States was en route to Colombia and all that was needed was an examination by the medical examiner. The test is a requirement of Interpol before the person handing over a person who will be extradited.

Peralta was arrested in room 1104 of the Hotel Murano Elite in Bocagrande in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
