
On the evenings of 19, 20 and 21 December, the gardens of the Palacio de Bellas Artes will be lit up with song and dance for Christmas. The programs for the three nights are free of charge.
On Thursday, 19 December, the program opens with the presentation of a selection of national music bands performing Christmas songs. Then the National Lyrical Singers Company will also perform. The evening will close with the performance of the Juan Pablo Duarte Symphony Orchestra of the National Music Conservatory, accompanied by the voices of the National Choir. They will be perform classics from Handel’s Messiah, Gloria (Vivaldi) and local classics.
On Friday, 20 December, the program features the presentation of the National Dance School with acts from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker and Dominican folklore.
On Saturday, 21 December the closing night Christmas program presents the choir and orchestra of the Elila Mena Music School.
