Hard Rock Live at the Blue Mall announces “Los Mayimbitos,” a Christmas concert by merengue bands Alex Bueno and Aramis Villalona at 9 pm on Thursday, 26 December.
For the 27th, the Jaragua Renaissance Hotel’s Teatro La Fiesta presents Milly Quezada, Conjunto Quisqueya and Pavel Núñez in a danceable concert.
On Saturday, 28 December, “Tres generaciones” is the concert by three generations of merengue singers – Manny Cruz, Toño Rosario and Miriam Cruz, at the Jaragua Renaissance Hotel’s Teatro La Fiesta.
Also on Saturday, 28 December, the Santo Domingo Barceló (former Lina) presents “The Golden Years of Merengue” (“Los años dorados del merengue”) with the legendary merengues of the 80s at its Salon La Mancha. Enjoy the music of El Zafiro, Charlie Rodríguez, Henry García, Monchy Capricho, Diómedes Núñez, Belkis Concepción, Peter Cruz and Los Hijos de Puerto Rico, conducted by maestro Joan Minaya.
Hard Rock Live presents Toño Rosario, Johnny Ventura, Miriam Cruz, El Conjunto Quisqueya, Pochy Familia and El Safiro on 31 December.
