With a very “Manhattan” look with a tropical slant, the Maraca Restaurant opened last week in the Colonial City of Santo Domingo. The food is eclectic, with a mix of Dominican and international creations. The restaurant is at Calle Arzobispo Nouel 202. Young entrepreneur Victor Atallah explains that two Colonial City houses were fitted for the restaurant. Maraca is open on weekends for lunch and dinner and other evenings from 6pm.
