A uniformed 911 Emergency System nurse and driver on board a motorcycle were assaulted on Avenida Padre Castellanos on Tuesday, 21 January 2020. The assailant snatched the purse of the nurse, Basilia Cabral, causing the motorcycle driver Eduvigen Rodriguez to lose control and crash. Cabral suffered a broken hip and Rodríguez serious scratches. The news went viral on social media.
