Hub Camara Santo Domingo 2020 (“HUB 2020”) is scheduled for 17, 18 and 19 March 2020. This is the most important multi-sectorial trade and business-to-business (B2B) event in the country. There will be participants in technology, energy, construction, industry and agroindustry. The event will be held at the Hotel El Embajador. It is held to promote exports, investment, formal trade and commercial exchange.
The event is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo (CCPSD), with the backing of the Dominican Association of Exporters (ADOEXPO), the Association of Industries of the Dominican Republic (AIRD), the Center for Export and Investment of the Dominican Republic (CEI-RD), the National Business Council (CONEP) and the National Competitiveness Council (CNC).
CEI-RD explains the emphasis is on attracting buyers from strategic markets in the United States, Europe and South America. “We will be making an important effort to bring to HUB 2020 international buyers from large and recognized platforms, with large scale purchasing capacity, so that our exports continue to present favorable numbers as those obtained in recent years,” said Marius De Leon, director of CEI-RD.
