Norwegian Seafood Council announces the Codfish Cooking show with the participation of the three winners of the annual Norwegian Codfish Gastronomic Contest. The event is scheduled for Saturday, 15 February at Megacentro at 3pm. Chef Jacqueline Henríquez will share her knowledge on the many ways to prepare Norwegian codfish. The winners of the gastronomic contest that will participate in the cooking show are Enmanuel Santos (professional chef), Luis del Rio (student), and Sugely Espinal, aficionados and consumers.
