
The Medina administration on Monday, 16 March 2020 had announced military and government officers would visit homes to educate for Covid-19. Less than half an hour later, the government said the prevention campaign will be carried out online instead. The Medina administration was quick to respond to a generalized rejection of a measure. The announced preventive action that would have commenced today was rejected on grounds it could spread the disease and for security reasons. The Medina administration was prompt to revoke the measure.
