The Ministry of Public Health launched a new app that can be consulted for comprehensive information on the Covid-19 outbreak and how to get official help. The Aurora MSP was created so people who suspect they have the coronavirus or those wanting to follow up with their home treatment can connect with 200 physicians. The app was launched on the Show del Mediodia at noon.
The Ministry had already launched coronavirusrd.gob.do website.
The government also has a dedicated hotline *462, but people complain it has not been helpful nor has assisted them in getting tested or contacting medical assistance.
