David Ortiz, the retired Boston Red Sox legend, announced the team would be giving Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center staff tickets for life to watch Boston Red Sox games. The hospital is located in Boston.
As reported, actor and Boston native John Krasinski and the Red Sox teamed up to give the special gift to the coronavirus unit at the hospital.
Krasinski, on his “Some Good News” YouTube show, had chatted with the hospital workers when he introduced David Ortiz who went on to share the good news.
