News commentator Altagracia Salazar reaffirmed the responsibility of the JCE plenary in the failed municipal election, despite a recent OAS almost exclusively blaming only the IT staff at the electoral body for the glitch. In her talk show on 17 April, Salazar says the JCE never answered questions the OAS presented to the plenary in writing about La Colinas IT facility attempted entry.
Salazar presented evidence the OAS investigative mission had asked the questions about this matter but did not receive answers from the JCE and the issue was left out of the final report.
