“If we are capable of hygiene, physical distancing and use of facial masks at workplaces, public spaces, shops and transportation, we can limit the spread of the disease, we can keep the disease under control,” the Public Health Minister declared. He said if this happens, the country will be able to move to the second phase. If not, the rebound as in other countries will happen. “It will all depend on citizens to avoid the spread,” he said, speaking during the 19 May 2020 coronavirus press briefing.
