The opposition party, Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) on several occasions, had complained that Rafael Paz continued as director of the National Competitiveness Council. On Tuesday, the Presidency issued decree 163-20 announcing vice minister of the Presidency, Zoraima Cuello is appointed to replace Paz.
