With Decree 362-20, President Luis Abinader removed the Dominican ambassadors to Turkey (Elias Serulle), Germany (Maybe Sanchez Caminero), Sweden (Victor Grimaldi), Korea (Humberto Salazar), Cuba (Bolivar Marte), United Arab Emirates (Jose Miguel Soto Jimenez), Honduras (Marino Beriguete), Israel (John Guiliani Valenzuela), Japan (Hector Dominguez Rodríguez), Russia (Jose Manuel Castillo Betances), Peru (Daniel Guerrero), Ecuador (Jose Ureña) and Venezuela (Mildred Guzman Madera).
Jose Alfonso Blanco Conde is named the Dominican ambassador to the United Nations. He was deputy minister of bilateral foreign policy at the Ministry of Foreign Relations since 2001.
Intellectual, writer, TV and radio commentator, Andres L. Mateo is named to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), replacing Jose Antonio Rodriguez.
