Jose Manuel Cabrera Ulloa is the new director of the DNCD

President Luis Abinader named a new director of the National Drug Control Agency (DNCD) by Decree 360-20. He is Rear Admiral Jose Manuel Cabrera Ulloa. At the time of his appointment, he was director of the Center for Information and Joint Coordination (CICC) at the DNCD. He had been in the post for four years. From that position, he coordinated numerous anti-narcotics operations working closely with the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He replaces Felix Alburquerque Compres.
